As a Food & Beverage Production intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to learn the ins and outs of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management. You will also have the chance to assist in creating innovative and delicious dishes for our guests.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our chefs.
2. Learn about food safety and hygiene practices in a professional kitchen setting.
3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
4. Help maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
5. Assist in coordinating food orders and deliveries with suppliers.
6. Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
7. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
