Hotel Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct regular hygiene audits of all tuck shops to ensure compliance with FSSAI standards
2. Identify and document areas of non-compliance and work with tuck shop managers to implement corrective action plans
3. Provide training and coaching to tuck shop managers and staff on food safety and hygiene best practices
4. Review and update hygiene policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations
5. Stay up-to-date with FSSAI regulations and guidelines and ensure that all tuck shops are in compliance
6. Prepare reports on audit findings and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management
