About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing fresh and safe food on time
2. Helping the central kitchen team in all the preparations
3. Ordering proper and required stock as per the forecast
4. Receiving and handling food materials post quality check
5. Preparing world-class salads by using high-quality ingredients
6. Conducting mise-en-place as per the requirement
7. Cooking proteins and vegetables as per the recipe

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 15th May'21 and 19th Jun'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be a fresher from a hotel management institute
