About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in daily hotel operations across various departments.
2. Provide customer service and support to guests during their stay.
3. Help in managing guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
4. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Assist in the management of hotel inventories and supplies.
6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of hotel facilities.
5. Participate in staff training programs and assist with hotel events.
6. Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
