As our workshop operations intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful food business. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with digital marketing initiatives to drive online bookings and increase brand awareness
2. Supporting the accounting department with financial analysis and reporting
3. Managing email marketing campaigns to engage with our guests and drive loyalty
4. Utilizing MS-Excel to analyze data and make informed business decisions
5. Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
6. Assisting in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the setup
7. Communicating effectively with team members and guests to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
