Hotel Management (Operations) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing staff: Supervising and controlling the operations of the hotel
2. Handling budgets: Ensuring that the hotel's expenses are under control and that the hotel is profitable
3. Implementing marketing strategies: Promoting the hotel and its services to potential guests
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction: Implementing the best customer service practices to ensure repeat business
5. Maintaining compliance: Ensuring that the hotel complies with laws and guidelines
6. Overseeing events and conferences: Planning and managing events and parties
7. Troubleshooting: Addressing any issues that arise in hotel operations
8. Liaising with contractors and suppliers: Working with contractors and suppliers as needed
9. Supervising maintenance: Overseeing maintenance work and renovations
10. Safeguarding security and compliance: Conducting inspections and ensuring security and compliance
11. Leading on sustainability programs: Leading on sustainability programs
12. Need to have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask
