Hotel Management (Service) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in managing daily operations of the hotel including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
3. Assisting in developing and implementing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy rates
4. Participating in staff training and development programs to ensure high-quality service standards
5. Assisting in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
6. Supporting in managing online booking platforms and reservations
7. Assisting in organizing and coordinating events and functions held at the hotel
