Hotel Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring that the guests who book our hotels get an impeccable hotel experience, which is visible in customer reviews and ratings
2. Training the hotel teams and hotel partners on SOPs laid down by FabHotels
3. Training the hotel teams on soft skills for daily guest interactions
4. Training the hotel teams and hotel partners on our property management system
5. Meeting the hotel partner on a weekly basis and resolving issues highlighted by guests and noticed during daily visits, with the hotel partner and hotel team
6. Ensuring that the hotel partner and hotel team follow our PMS and that all owner bookings are entered in our PMS
7. Ensuring that tab compliance is followed by hotel teams at all times
8. Auditing new onboarded hotels
9. Sharing a plan of action with the hotel partner to make the property live
10. Aligning the hotel partner at the time of onboarding on fab guidelines and contract-related broad points
11. Ensuring feedback is collected from the guests upon check out and resolving guest issues, complaints, and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and quality service
12. Executing new initiatives that are assigned by the central team
