As a Hotel & Travel Operations intern at FabHotels, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced hospitality industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in MS Excel and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing hotel bookings and reservations
2. Coordinate with hotels for room availability and rates
3. Maintain and update guest information in Excel spreadsheets
4. Assist in creating and analyzing reports on hotel occupancy and revenue
5. Provide support in coordinating travel arrangements for guests
6. Assist in resolving guest inquiries and issues in a timely manner
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
