HR Analytics Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing data structures by manipulating/transforming raw data from multiple sources
2. Using data create a story and translate it to a BI Layer - visualization
3. Automating pipeline from source to BI Layer
4. Working on documentation of dataflows, transformations - final data structures

Required Skills:

1. Seeking candidates with SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and consolidation for dashboarding and analysis
2. Strong working knowledge in Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView
3. Understanding of Data Processing, handling, modeling & data flow
4. Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas either verbally or in written form
5. Candidates who can explain the story behind their analysis will find themselves at an advantage
