HR and Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to the overall hiring strategy of Softel Technologies Inc. to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
2. Ensure the hiring needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
3. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
4. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate and interviewer expectations
5. Negotiate compensation and roll out offer letters
6. Engage with candidates pre- and post-joining to give them a seamless onboarding experience
7. Drive dipstick surveys and feedback on training programs
