Role - HR Communications & Content Intern

KEY OBJECTIVE:

Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. As an Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams to organize engaging virtual events that promote team cohesion and boost morale
Plan and execute team-building sessions that enhance communication and collaboration among remote employees
Develop compelling content and design for induction deck and welcome mailers to ensure a warm and informative onboarding experience for new employees
Develop engaging and informative content for LinkedIn posts, showcasing the company's events and activities to strengthen its online presence
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong employer brand by highlighting the company's values, culture, and achievements
Liaison and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities
Engage actively in HR projects, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement surveys, and other strategic initiatives
Stay up to date on ongoing HR trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and changes


Role Specifications:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or a master's degree in human resources or a related field

Technical Competencies:

Should have a good command over English Language & Grammar
An analytical mindset and a very good understanding of MS-Excel & Presentation
