About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in drafting and structuring HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Conducting research on HR policies, employee handbooks, and industry best practices.
3. Documenting HR workflows, processes, and templates in a structured format.
4. Coordinating with HR professionals and employees for input and feedback.
5. Updating and formatting HR documents for clarity and ease of use.
6. Ensuring compliance with legal and organizational HR standards.
