HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related tasks
2. Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
3. Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation and assisting with new hire orientation
4. Help maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems
5. Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs
6. Provide support in managing employee benefits, leaves, and attendance
7. Participate in employee engagement activities and help organize company events
8. Assist with preparing HR reports and presentations as needed
9. Help with the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
10. Respond to employee queries regarding HR-related processes and procedures
