HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision-making process.
3. Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
4. Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
5. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
6. Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
7. Stay up-to-date with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
