About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to spot and engage potential candidates.
2. Screening: Screen the resumes and applications of all candidates properly regarding the alignment of their profile with the job requirements.
3. Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between the candidate and the hiring manager, ensuring a seamless experience.
4. Negotiation: handle salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
