HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Talent acquisition:
1. Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment progress.
3. Support in employer branding initiatives.

B. HR operations:
1. Assist in onboarding & offboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
2. Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.

C. Talent management & performance appraisal:
1. Assist in performance appraisal cycle coordination.
2. Help in tracking employee growth, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
3. Support in organizing training & development programs.
