HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with job postings on job boards, company websites, and social media.
2. Screening resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
3. Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates.
4. Helping with onboarding processes for new hires.
5. Updating and organizing employee records and databases.
6. Assisting with maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
7. Preparing and verifying documents for employee files.
8. Handling routine correspondence and inquiries.
9. Managing HR supplies, such as welcome kits or event materials.
10. Providing support to other team members in the HR department.
