4. Provide support in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
5. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
6. Support in conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices.
7. Assist in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts within the workplace.
8. Work with the team closely on projects.
