About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical positions.
2. Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to identify the best candidates.
4. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to the HR team.
