HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with relevant departments
3. Support the on-boarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions
4. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases as necessary
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
6. Participate in the development and implementation of HR Policies and re-derive support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
6. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
7. Previous experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not required
8. end to end recruiting, sourcing, screening, interview lineup, feedback, client confirmation

Note:

1. Stipend/Salary: Between 10-12k INR per month
2. Shift timing: 9:30 - 6:30
3. Working days: 6 Days (Sunday fixed off)
4. Location : Mumbai - Ghatkopar (E)
5. Joining: Immediate joiners will be preferred
