About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
2. Provide end-user support on HRM systems to employees across the organization
3. Assist in the management of employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
4. Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and advancements to suggest improvements in HRIS functionality.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
6. Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Other requirements

Candidates who wants to built their career in HR and they are available for minimum 6 months of internship are welcome. If they want to continue the internship for longer time, based on their performance can be extended.

8 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google apps (Word, Google sheet, Google meet and Google Drive).
