About the internship

Selected Associate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand manpower requirements and driving talent acquisition initiatives to ensure quality of hire and adherence to recruitment timelines, processes, and standards
2. Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on cost efficiency.
3. Work on delivering exceptional candidate experience and building and maintaining candidate pipeline through networking.
4. Proactively support the delivery of HR processes
