HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Utilizing MS-Excel to create and maintain recruitment reports and data analysis
3. Assisting in employee onboarding and orientation processes
4. Participating in HR meetings and providing input on HR strategies and initiatives
5. Communicating effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
7. Providing support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
