HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions.
2. Craft emails to attract passive candidates.
3. Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like Behance, StackOverflow, etc.).
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
5. Interview candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video).
6. Prepare and distribute assignments, language tests, logical reasoning tests, and numerical tests.
7. Advertise jobs on career pages, job boards, and social media.
8. Provide contacts of qualified applicants to the company's hiring managers.
9. Send job offers and recruiting emails, and answer queries related to compensation and benefits.
10. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., source of hire, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, etc.).
11. Host recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
12. Collaborate with management to identify future staffing needs.
13. Provide guidance and consultancy to new recruits and assist with their onboarding.
