HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job openings on various platforms, including the company website, job boards, and social media.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job fairs, networking events, and professional associations.
4. Application Management: Manage job applications, including screening, interviewing, and testing candidates.
5. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
6. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salaries and benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
