Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Participating in employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Coordinating training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Assisting with performance management activities, such as conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
5. Supporting HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.
