HR Executive Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across departments
2. Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
3. Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work culture
4. Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including tracking employee performance and supporting managers in providing feedback
5. Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
6. Help coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance
7. Assist in the preparation and management of payroll data, including leaves, attendance, and benefits
8. Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies, government regulations, and labor laws and provide reports on HR metrics to management
