About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and oversee onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and conduct exit interviews.
3. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and support managers in performance reviews.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
6. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR documentation.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on HR activities.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred).

2. Experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

3. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5. Proficiency in HR software, Click-up, and Microsoft Office Suite.
