1. A bachelors degree in management or a related field.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Ms. Excel); familiarity with HR software is a plus.

4. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

5. Prior internship experience in HR is preferred.

6. Possess the ability to take ownership.

7. Possess the willingness to learn.
