Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
2. Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company
3. Maintaining employee records and updating the HR database with necessary information
4. Helping with organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
5. Assisting in performance review management and tracking
6. Handling employee queries and providing necessary support
7. Contributing to the improvement of HR policies and procedures
