GyanDhan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our talent acquisition team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings, and assist in the overall management of the recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
2. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
5. Job Postings: Help create and manage job postings across various platforms and ensure roles are effectively advertised.
6. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.
7. Candidate Communication: Assist in maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience.
8. Recruitment Reports: Assist in preparing recruitment metrics, tracking hiring progress, and generating reports for the recruitment team.
9. Recruitment Events: Support organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus hiring initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
