We are looking for someone who can manage a broad range of HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will be provided with the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the HR function and hone your HR skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment and selection of potential candidates
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
3. Maintaining personnel files and database records
4. Assisting with employee relations issues
5. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
6. Conducting HR research and analysis
7. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
This internship provides the perfect platform for you to gain important insights into the HR realm while leveraging your existing skills. With this position, you will get exposure to a wide range of HR functions and cultivate a deep understanding of the HR landscape.
