Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

4. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing meetings and preparing documents
