As a HR intern at Crack-ED, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, effective communication, and utilizing Jamovi. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of HR.
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support the HR team in creating and updating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
3. Use Jamovi to analyze data and generate reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
4. Communicate with candidates and employees professionally and effectively through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
5. Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, scheduling orientations, and conducting training sessions.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.
