About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience
2. Engage with new joiners during their initial 30 days and provide continuous support
3. Manage the process of issuing ID cards for new employees
4. Coordinate during the training sessions, manage calendars, and track attendance and feedback
5. Assist with basic HRMS activities, including onboarding, exits, leave management, and attendance regularization
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, conduct related research, and provide suggestions
7. Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed

5. Proficiency in MS Office.
