About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Participating in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and assisting with training sessions
3. Supporting the HR team with employee relations activities such as performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
4. Assisting in maintaining HR records and updating employee information in our database
5. Collaborating on HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee engagement
6. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
7. Communicating effectively with employees and managers to address HR-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed
