As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the field and contribute to the success of our company.
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, leaves, and attendance
4. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
5. Coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback
6. Supporting the HR team in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and conducting surveys
7. Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases
