HR Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
2. Manage candidate coordination, including interview scheduling and collecting feedback.
3. Update and maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are current.
4. Facilitate onboarding by handling documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
5. Organize and support employee engagement programs and internal events.
6. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
7. Prepare detailed HR reports, including metrics on recruitment and attendance.
8 .Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to help implement innovative initiatives.
9. Contribute to the creation and rollout of HR policies and procedures.
10. Assist with payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
