HR Internship

As a HR Intern at Proven Path Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while honing your English proficiency skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
3. Posting job openings on various platforms and managing incoming applications
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
5. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
6. Providing support with HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing HR documents
7. Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to recruitment challenges
