About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with job postings on various platforms
2. Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
3. Coordinating and communicating with candidates
4. Supporting the HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns
5. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events
6. Supporting the HR team with maintaining employee records and databases
7. Assisting in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and HR policies

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources

2. Management, Business Administration, or related field

3. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

8. Prior HR experience or relevant internships will be a plus
