About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
2. Supporting employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition
3. Helping maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Continuously posting job advertisements on social media platforms and job boards
5. Collaborating with team members on HR projects and initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention
6. Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communication materials
7. Conducting research on HR best practices and trends to contribute new ideas to the team
8. Assisting HR staff in organizing company events
9. Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed
