About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hire
2. Employee engagement & relations: Support engagement activities, address employee queries, and foster a positive work environment
3. HR documentation & compliance: Maintain employee records, update HR policies, and ensure compliance
4. Training & development: Help organize training programs and track participation
5. Performance management: Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection
6. HR operations & administration: Support daily HR functions, administrative tasks, and strategic HR projects

2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
4. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
5. Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
