About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilizing job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn to identify and source potential candidates
2. Managing and maintaining the ATS; entering and updating candidate data; tracking and managing the recruitment process
3. Communicating with candidates via email and phone to schedule interviews and follow up on applications; ensuring a positive candidate experience
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews; managing logistics and sending confirmations and reminders
5. Supporting the creation and posting of job advertisements on job portals and social media
