Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and updating training materials using MS-PowerPoint.
2. Collaborate with the L&D team to coordinate and schedule training sessions.
3. Communicate effectively with employees to gather feedback and improve training programs.
4. Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions and materials.
5. Help track employee training progress and maintain training records.
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of employee development programs.
7. Participate in HR meetings and projects to gain hands-on experience in the field.
