About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for Ewan, Bhashik, and Davandi.
2. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is current and accurate.
4. Assist in implementing HR policies and monitoring compliance.
5. Handle employee engagement initiatives and support organizing events.
6. Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
7. Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
8. Support performance management and appraisal processes.
9. Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling.
10. Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
