1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
2. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
3. HR Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
4. Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary, and maintaining confidentiality at all times
5. Compliance Assistance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, including updating employee handbooks and conducting audits as needed
Qualifications:
1. Currently, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
2. Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3. Strong interest in HR operations and a desire to gain practical experience in the field
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
