1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with HRIS data entry
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Aid in performance management activities, including tracking employee performance evaluations and providing administrative support as needed
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and responding to inquiries from employees
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
1. Currently, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn about various HR functions
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
8. Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
