HR Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting job ads and managing recruitment-related tasks
2. Screening resumes and assisting in scheduling interviews
3. Coordinating new hire onboarding and preparing materials
4. Updating employee records and maintaining HR databases
5. Assisting with training sessions and tracking employee progress
6. Managing employee surveys and engagement activities
7. Responding to basic employee queries related to HR policies
8. Supporting HR policy reviews and ensuring compliance
9. Handling general administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails
10. Assisting with benefits enrollment and claims inquiries
11. Managing social media updates and contributing to employer branding efforts
12. Conducting research on HR trends and preparing data for reports
13. Providing general support to the HR team in various projects
