HR Operations Internship

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic HR operations intern to join our human resources team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
2. Support the recruitment process, by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
3. Help with official tasks, such as preparing reports, updating records, and maintaining files.
4. Respond to employee inquiries and requests, and escalate issues as needed.
5. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR manager.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
3. Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A current or recent graduate in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
